In this master's program led by Dr. Susana Puig, you will delve into the effects on the skin of various exposomal factors: environmental, those associated with aesthetic trends in skin, hair, and nails, those derived from cosmetics, and those related to the gut-brain-skin axis.
The goal is for you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the dermatological exposome with the most innovative scientific content available.

Objectives
Understand the exposomal factors related to the environment, aesthetic trends and cosmetics, digestive health, and lifestyle, and identify their effects on the skin.
Acquire tools for the correct diagnosis of photodermatosis, photocarcinogenesis, and photoaging.
Offer a rigorous and thorough analysis of dermocosmetics and their effects on the skin.
Identify patients with specific needs and refer them, if necessary, to other specialists such as psychologists, nutritionists, or gastroenterologists.

STUDYING TIME
The course lasts 26 months. We do not impose class schedules so that you can organize your study as you choose. In addition, we will regularly inform you of the key moments of the course to facilitate the planning of your work. We recommend a weekly dedication of 6 hours.
CONTENT
The course combines theoretical content and microlearning pieces in different multimedia formats: videos, interactive material and self-assessment exercises to better internalize the content. Weekly we will publish a new unit on the platform.
ASSESSMENT
There are several mandatory assessment activities throughout the course. You must meet the delivery deadlines and obtain a minimum grade in each of them to pass the course and receive your University Diploma. Additionally, as the final step, you will need to complete your Master's Final Project.
